Rosemary Bee's Knees
Rosemary/Honey Syrup (.75 oz)
Fresh Lemon Juice (.75 oz)
Gin (2 oz)
Shaken- Served Up (Coupe)
Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig
Alexander
Half & Half (3/4 oz)
Creme de Cacao (3/4 oz)
Gin or Brandy (3/4 oz)
Shaken- Served Up (Coupe)
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
Mint Martini
Half & Half (1 oz)
Creme de Menthe (Green or add a few drops of green food coloring) (1 oz)
Irish Cream (1 oz)
Vodka (1 oz)
Shaken- Served Up (Coupe)
Mint Leaf or Shaved Chocolate
Maple Spice Syrup
Maple Syrup (1 cup)
Water (1 cup)
Cinnamon Sticks (2)
Cardamon Pods (5-6)
Whole Cloves (9-10)
Star Anise (1)
Orange Peel (1 orange)
Add all ingredients to pot;
Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes;
Remove from heat and cover;
Leave up to 2 hours;
Cool completely before storing in an air-tight container
Rosemary Honey Syrup
Honey (1 part)
Water (3 parts)
Add all ingredients to pot;
Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes;
Add 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary;
Remove from heat and cover;
Leave up to 2 hours;
Cool completely before storing in an air-tight container
